Cómo dar y recibir información, cómo motivar con eficacia a nuestros equipos humanos y cómo evaluar el trabajo bien y mal hecho y mejorar a las personas son los temas a tratar en el curso ‘Feedback eficaz’ dirigido a mujeres de cualquier estamento de la FEDDF.
Fechas: lunes 27 septiembre (17-21 horas), martes 28 (18-21) y miércoles 29 (18-21).
El curso será impartido por Carlos Ongallo, profesor, consultor de comunicación y director de EBS Experiental School.
Este curso pretende que las participantes:
1. Incorporen las técnicas del feedback en su trabajo diario en los equipos, con otras personas, para ayudarlas a mejorar.
2. Distingan el feedback positivo del negativo y aprovechen las potencialidades de cada uno de los dos tipos.
3. Aprendan a centarse en hechos en vez de interpretaciones a la hora de dar feedback.
4. Conozcan y tengan en cuenta el contexto, lugar, momento del día, herramientas… para dar un feedback eficaz.
5. Integren en su vida como deportistas, entrenadoras, directivas, gerentes o colaboradoras la fuerza del feedback como herramienta de gestión y motivación.
